Gizlilik Politikası

Jolnova ("uygulama", "biz") bir Windows masaüstü uygulamasıdır — canlı yayınları otomatik olarak kısa dikey videolara dönüştürür. Bu politika hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi açıklar.

1. Uygulama senin bilgisayarında çalışır

Kayıt, klip kesme, transkripsiyon ve görüntü işlemenin tamamı kendi bilgisayarında gerçekleşir. Kayıtlar ve klipler yerel diskinde saklanır — sunucularımıza yüklenmez.

2. İşlediğimiz veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresin ve Google ile giriş yaptıysan adın ve profil fotoğrafın. Kimlik doğrulama ve abonelik yönetimi için kullanılır. Kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımız Supabase'dir.
• Abonelik bilgileri: paket türü ve durumu. Ödeme kartı bilgilerini asla saklamayız — bunlar ödeme sağlayıcısı tarafından işlenir.
• Yayın içeriği: takip ettiğin yayıncıların herkese açık yayın verileri (video, ses, chat mesajları) klip üretmek için geçici olarak işlenir ve yerelde saklanır.
• AI işleme: bir klibin başlığını ve açıklamasını yazmak için transkript ve bir chat özeti Anthropic (Claude) API'sine gönderilir. Bu veri model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
• Cihaz tanımlayıcı: bir aboneliğin sınırsız sayıda makinede çalıştırılamaması için, uygulama bilgisayarından bir tanımlayıcı türetir ve giriş yaparken gönderir. Sunucumuzda yalnızca HMAC ile hash'lenmiş hâlde saklanır — ham tanımlayıcı hiçbir zaman saklanmaz ve hash geri çevrilip donanımın hakkında bilgiye dönüştürülemez. Yalnızca bir hesabın kaç makinede etkin olduğunu saymak için kullanılır.
• Kullanım istatistikleri: kendi etkinliğinin küçük bir sayısal özeti; güne ve platforma göre gruplanır (kick, twitch, youtube, tiktok, file ya da other) ve dört sayaç içerir: kaç klip üretildi, onaylandı, reddedildi ve indirildi. Bunu, ürünün nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve abonelik limitlerinin doğru işlediğini doğrulamak için kullanırız. Eklenen tek tanımlayıcı hesap UUID'ndir; giriş jetonundan okunur ve verinin içinde taşınmaz — e-posta adresin gönderilmez, yukarıda anlatılan cihaz tanımlayıcı da gönderilmez.
• Clip feedback: when you approve or reject a clip, we record that decision together with the numeric signals the app used to pick that moment — its score, what triggered it (chat reaction or a jump in loudness), its length, the layout, the number of chat messages in the window, and a set of measurements such as how much of the clip is speech and how much of the chat looked like laughter. The name of the streamer the clip came from is included, because a football broadcast and a slots stream need different settings and that difference cannot be learned without it. Your account UUID is attached. We use this only to improve which moments the app selects. The clip itself is never sent — not the video, not a preview image, not the title, not the transcript, not the chat text, and not the clip's file name (only a one-way hash of it, used so the same decision is not counted twice).

None of the data above carries clip content. Video files, preview images, clip titles, subtitle text and chat messages are never sent to our servers. The only place a channel name appears is the clip feedback described above; usage statistics do not contain it.

3. Google / YouTube data

If you choose to connect your YouTube account on the Sharing page, the app requests only these permissions through Google OAuth:

• youtube.upload — to upload clips you approved and scheduled to your own channel
• youtube.readonly — to display the name of the connected channel

Important points:

• Your access token is stored only on your computer and is never sent to us.
• No video is ever uploaded without your approval — you approve the clip and pick the day and time yourself.
• We do not use YouTube data for advertising, and we never sell or transfer it to third parties.
• Jolnova's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
• You can disconnect at any time with “Disconnect” in the app, or revoke our access from your Google account permissions page.

4. Retention and deletion

• Yayın kayıtları, diskini doldurmasınlar diye varsayılan olarak 6 saat sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
• Herhangi bir klibi uygulamadan dilediğin zaman silebilirsin.
• Hesabının ve verilerinin tamamen silinmesini istersen bize yazman yeterli.

5. Third-party services

Supabase (authentication and subscriptions), Anthropic (AI text generation) and Google/YouTube (only if you connect your channel on the Sharing page). Jolnova does not connect to any posting account on its own, and uploads only the clips you approved and scheduled yourself.

6. Children's privacy

Jolnova 18 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır.

7. Changes

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfadaki tarihi güncelleriz.
