Política de privacidad

Jolnova («la aplicación», «nosotros») es una aplicación de escritorio para Windows que convierte automáticamente los directos en vídeos verticales cortos. Esta política explica qué datos tratamos y por qué.

1. La aplicación se ejecuta en tu ordenador

La grabación, el recorte, la transcripción y el procesado de imagen ocurren todos en tu propio ordenador. Las grabaciones y los clips se guardan en tu disco local; no se suben a nuestros servidores.

2. Datos que tratamos

• Datos de la cuenta: tu dirección de correo y, si inicias sesión con Google, tu nombre y tu foto de perfil. Se usan para la autenticación y la gestión de la suscripción. Nuestro proveedor de autenticación es Supabase.
• Datos de la suscripción: tipo de plan y estado. Nunca guardamos datos de tarjetas: los gestiona el proveedor de pagos.
• Contenido del directo: los datos públicos de la emisión de los streamers que sigues (vídeo, audio, mensajes del chat) se procesan temporalmente para crear clips y se guardan en local.
• Procesado con IA: para redactar el título y la descripción de un clip, se envían la transcripción y un resumen del chat a la API de Anthropic (Claude). Estos datos no se usan para entrenar modelos.
• Identificador del dispositivo: para que una suscripción no pueda usarse en un número ilimitado de equipos, la aplicación deriva un identificador de tu ordenador y lo envía al iniciar sesión. En nuestro servidor se conserva solo como un hash HMAC — el identificador en bruto nunca se guarda y el hash no puede reconvertirse en información sobre tu hardware. Se usa únicamente para contar en cuántos equipos está activa una cuenta.
• Estadísticas de uso: un pequeño resumen numérico de tu propia actividad, agrupado por día y por plataforma (kick, twitch, youtube, tiktok, archivo u otra), con cuatro contadores: cuántos clips se crearon, aprobaron, rechazaron y descargaron. Lo usamos para entender cómo se usa el producto y comprobar que los límites de suscripción funcionan bien. El único identificador adjunto es el UUID de tu cuenta, que se lee de tu token de inicio de sesión y no viaja en los datos: no se envía tu correo ni el identificador de dispositivo descrito arriba.
• Clip feedback: when you approve or reject a clip, we record that decision together with the numeric signals the app used to pick that moment — its score, what triggered it (chat reaction or a jump in loudness), its length, the layout, the number of chat messages in the window, and a set of measurements such as how much of the clip is speech and how much of the chat looked like laughter. The name of the streamer the clip came from is included, because a football broadcast and a slots stream need different settings and that difference cannot be learned without it. Your account UUID is attached. We use this only to improve which moments the app selects. The clip itself is never sent — not the video, not a preview image, not the title, not the transcript, not the chat text, and not the clip's file name (only a one-way hash of it, used so the same decision is not counted twice).

None of the data above carries clip content. Video files, preview images, clip titles, subtitle text and chat messages are never sent to our servers. The only place a channel name appears is the clip feedback described above; usage statistics do not contain it.

3. Google / YouTube data

If you choose to connect your YouTube account on the Sharing page, the app requests only these permissions through Google OAuth:

• youtube.upload — to upload clips you approved and scheduled to your own channel
• youtube.readonly — to display the name of the connected channel

Important points:

• Your access token is stored only on your computer and is never sent to us.
• No video is ever uploaded without your approval — you approve the clip and pick the day and time yourself.
• We do not use YouTube data for advertising, and we never sell or transfer it to third parties.
• Jolnova's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
• You can disconnect at any time with “Disconnect” in the app, or revoke our access from your Google account permissions page.

Cómo se protegen estos datos

Jolnova is a desktop application, so the strongest protection is structural: your Google and YouTube data is not collected by us in the first place.

• No se almacena nada en nuestros servidores. We operate no database, log or backup containing your YouTube data. Your access and refresh tokens, your channel name and your clips exist only on your own computer.
• Cifrado en tránsito. Every request to Google and YouTube is sent over HTTPS (TLS). The application makes no unencrypted network calls with this data.
• Almacenado bajo tu cuenta del sistema operativo. The token file is written to your private Windows user folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%), which Windows restricts to your own account with file system permissions. Other standard users on the same computer cannot read it.
• Privilegio mínimo. We request only the two scopes listed above. We do not request permission to read, edit or delete any other video, and the application contains no code that could do so.
• El interruptor está en tus manos. “Disconnect” in the application deletes the stored token from your disk immediately. Revoking access in your Google account settings invalidates it on Google's side as well.
• Sin transferencia posterior. This data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising or for training any model.
• Acceso humano limitado. Because the data never reaches our systems, no Jolnova employee or contractor can access your YouTube data at all.

4. Retention and deletion

• Las grabaciones de los directos se borran automáticamente al cabo de 6 horas de forma predeterminada, para que no llenen tu disco.
• Puedes borrar cualquier clip desde la aplicación cuando quieras.
• Si quieres que se eliminen por completo tu cuenta y tus datos, solo tienes que escribirnos.

5. Third-party services

Supabase (authentication and subscriptions), Anthropic (AI text generation) and Google/YouTube (only if you connect your channel on the Sharing page). Jolnova does not connect to any posting account on its own, and uploads only the clips you approved and scheduled yourself.

6. Children's privacy

Jolnova no está pensado para menores de 18 años.

7. Changes

Esta política puede actualizarse. Actualizaremos la fecha de esta página ante cualquier cambio importante.
